OUR EXPERIENCE AND AIMS
Since 2013 we have been a successful creative group of talanted designers and managers. It was founded by Aleksey Laptev who has been working at creation and fulfillment of interior designs for more than 20 years. We have a definite aim to make designs which could be realized and we achieve it using our great experience and persistence. It is possible due to comprehensive studying of technical characteristics of objects nd due to coworking with constructive and engineering experts just from the very beginning of making a design.
LPTV Design Studio exists 8 years. For this time more than 70 projects of private areas and public objects have been fulfilled.
We don’t want to risk your time and budget so all the design works by LPTV DESIGN are not only unique ideas, 3D vizualization and necessary sets of drafts, but also all technical units, drafts of pieces which can be made in unique implementation, detailed specifications. We also inform about prices and suppliers.
Everything which was said above plus our thorough monitoring of a project leads to a successful creation of your unique place in the way it was originally designed.
OUR PHILISOPHY
We greatly appreciate the possibility to create unique things for each our project, to find new technological solutions with our partner manufacturers. At the same time we try to solve all the problems of an ideal conformity and the budget of the design.
Working with restaurant designs we appreciate very much our cooperation and experience exchange with our professional partners — enthusiastic restaurateurs. In a case when our consumer is a person who takes only first steps on the way of service projects our team will share with him all our knowledge and experience in this very business. When we create a private space the main idea is not to make some showiness and innovation but to make a future dwelling fit for its owner. If we compare an individual accomodation with a suit made on individual measures, we can say that we adjust all the requirements to certain people.
BUDGET WORK
We are interested not only in a creation of a new unique design but also in a budget accordance of taken decisions which were claimed in the technical task. A design begins with a consideration of an approximate budget with a client. It allows not to project some details which will not be able to be realized because of lack of money.
Our experience in designing commercial projects (restaurants, hotels) has thaught us to work with a limited budget without losing individuality and it gives both sides of a Contract the perfect final result.
